Kochi: Kerala-based real estate company Veegaland Developers will open its ₹210-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 10, with the price band fixed at ₹130-140 per share.
The IPO, comprising entirely a fresh issue of shares, will close on September 15. The anchor book for institutional investors will open for one day on September 9.
The company has reduced the IPO size from the ₹250 crore proposed in its draft red herring prospectus filed in December 2025. SEBI cleared the draft document in June 2026.
The company is expected to finalise share allotment by September 16, while its equity shares are likely to list on stock exchanges on September 18. Of the issue, 50% has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35% for retail investors and 15% for non-institutional investors. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 107 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,980 at the upper price band.
