Karnataka: The search for Arjun, a native of Kozhikode who was trapped in a landslide at Shirur in Ankola, has been called off for today. The search will resume on Sunday at 6 a.m. The search for Arjun has now surpassed 100 hours.
Meanwhile, Arjun’s family has come forward with serious allegations against the Karnataka government. “We have no confidence in the Karnataka government’s rescue operations. Rescue personnel from Kerala should be sent to Shirur,” Arjun’s family told the media.
On Tuesday, Arjun went missing while transporting goods from Bengaluru to Kozhikode. Around the same time, a landslide was reported at Shirur in Ankola. It is suspected that he was trapped under the debris. The search operation began after Arjun’s family filed a complaint reporting him missing.
