New Delhi: Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev underwent a critical surgical procedure at a prestigious Delhi hospital due to a severe brain hemorrhage, disclosed the Isha Foundation.
The statement from the Foundation further highlighted the remarkable improvement in his condition, exceeding initial prognoses.
In a light-hearted post-surgery video shared on Instagram from his hospital bed, Sadhguru humorously recounted how the surgeons searched within his skull, only to find it empty.
Adding a touch of wit, he mentioned the surgeons closing up the incision, leaving him with a patched-up skull but devoid of any lasting harm.
As per the official statement, Sadhguru had been grappling with debilitating headaches for the preceding four weeks, yet persevered with his commitments, including overseeing the MahaShivRatri celebrations on March 8, 2024.
The severity of the headaches escalated upon his arrival in Delhi on March 14, prompting an urgent MRI scan which unveiled a significant brain hemorrhage.
Despite his critical condition, Sadhguru chose to defer hospital admission until he had fulfilled his ongoing commitments, underscoring his unwavering dedication, as emphasized in the release.
