Keerthy Suresh, the renowned South Indian actor, has been appointed as the goodwill ambassador for women’s cricket in Kerala.
She inaugurated the online ticket sales for the India vs. Australia T20I on November 26th in Thiruvananthapuram. The Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) highlighted that this marks the first instance of having a brand ambassador for its women’s team.
Additionally, during the event in the state capital, Keerthy Suresh honored Minnu Mani, Kerala’s sole national team player, who received a Rs 5 lakh cash award for her contribution to the gold-winning Indian team at the Hangzhou Asian Games.
